Stella Li, M.D., CFA^®

Stella joined DAC in 2023 after a career as a physician and healthcare analyst. Stella started her career as a physician in Beijing, China, where she attended medical school and finished her clinical internship and residency training. She then transitioned to hospital administration overseeing the business operations of several clinical departments. After a career as a physician, Stella came to the U.S. and earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance and advanced Accounting at Baruch College in N.Y. She continued her financial training through multiple internships, including as an analyst with a healthcare-focused hedge fund, where she covered the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Before joining DAC, Stella worked as a managed care research analyst for one of the largest for-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. Stella is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of N.Y., and is a licensed physician in China.
